Maddie Pirie (Revesby South PS)

Maddie Pirie has been an outstanding athlete for the Sydney South West SSA over a number of years.  Maddie has been regional age athletics champion in 2005 – 2007.

At the recent SSW Athletics Championships, Maddie won the following events.
100m, 200m, High Jump and Long Jump.  She was also in the winning 4x100m relay team in her age group.

Maddie has competed at the NSWPSSA athletics championships for the past two years.  In 2006 she came 2nd in the 100m and 200m events.  Maddie competed in the NSW Secondary All School Track and Field Championships in October this year and was a dual gold medallist winning the 12 years primary 100m and 200m events.

Maddie represented the Sydney South West SSA in Football, Touch and Netball in 2007.

Congratulations go to Maddie Pirie for being given the honour of reading the Athletes’ Oath at the NSWPSSA Athletics championships on November 7.
