In the second week of the July school holidays the Jack Newton State Age Championships were held at Mollymook Golf Club.

Both the boys and the girls’ major titles were won by NSWCHS students.

Michael Williams (Randwick Boys HS) was the 17 yrs champion and the Overall champion.  The championship was close and in an exciting finish was decided on the final hole by one shot.

Justine Lee (Strathfield Girls HS) won the 16 yrs age title by a huge margin. 

Congratulations to Justine who also won the Overall trophy for the NSW Junior Girls Champion and to Michael Williams who gained the boys’ Overall Title of Foundation Champion.
