The School Sport Australia / Athletics Australia Cross Country Championships will be held at 'Willandra', Nowra on the south coast of New South Wales.

The video presented below provides athletes with a snapshot of the challenging cross country course.

The individual races for competitors will be on Saturday 29 August, 2009. The event will culminate with the relays for School Sport Australia teams on Monday, 31 August, 2009.
