Patrick Kuenzle (Burraneer Bay PS) through determination and hard work has achieved remarkable results in swimming this year.

In 2007 while competing in the Nippers competition on Cronulla Beach he collapsed and was taken to hospital in a critical condition.  He was in hospital seriously ill in a coma for weeks.

Patrick returned to school and against the odds has succeeded in representing his school and region at the NSWPSSA Swimming Championships.
