Costs: $9.00 - Zone team managers are to collect these funds and give to Mr Josh Edwards
on the day of the trials.

Timing: Matches will be 4 x 12 minute quarters with 3 minutes at quarter time, 6 minutes at half time and 3 minutes at three quarter time.
Selectors: Zone Team Managers
Eligibility: Players must be 15 years and under (ie no player can turn 16 in 2013.)
Availability: All players attending must be available for the Hunter - Sydney North Exchange to be held at Newcastle on Friday 3 May 2013.
Equipment: Each team is to have numbered playing jumpers, and any other personal gear that is required. Mouthguards must be worn by all players. Managers are to provide shade tents where possible.
Changerooms: Available at the venue.
Canteen: Canteen is available at the venue. Each player should bring their own personal drink bottle.
First Aid: Team Managers are to bring first aid kits and are responsible for the provision of first aid to their team.
Umpires: Will be provided.
