CLOSING DATE FOR INFORMATION: Monday 10 December 2007
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- The trials will involve actual playing conditions, net sessions and skill identification on turf facilities
- From the day a final selection of 12 boys will be m,ade to participate in the State Carnival in Sydney West - week 6 Term 1.
- Co-ordinators for the trials will be Jason Weaven - Griffith, Jarrod Lyons - Convener, Southern Riverina Development Officer Robbie Mackindlay, John Boyd - Albury and Ian Daines, NSW Cricket Association.
- All co-ordinators will have an input into the selection of the team.
- Canteen facilities will be available at the ground. It is advisable for each boy to have his own personal drink bottle, hat and sunscreen.
- All players to wear cricket attire ie, white trousers/shorts, white shirt, sandshoes, etc.
- All players are to wear own helmet while batting.
Pre-selection Trials information:
The following pre-selection trials will take place:
- Deniliquin - Tuesday 4 December at Memorial Park Deniliquin commencing 9.30 am. Convener: Chris Hogan Deniliquin North PS
- Temora - Monday 3 December at Nixon Park Nets Temora commencing at 1.30 pm. Convener: Bill Godman Temora West PS
- Wagga Wagga - Monday 3 December at Robertson Oval Nets commencing at 9.30 am. Convener: Peter Rogers Mt Austin PS
- Albury - Thursday 6 December at Lavington Panthers Oval Nets commencing at 9.30 am. Convener - John Boyd Albury West PS
- Griffith - Monday 3 December at Exies Oval Nets, Griffith commencing at 9.30 am. Convener - Jason Weaven Goolgowi PS
Students must attend pre-selection trials to be eligible to attend final
trials.
