CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES: Monday 28 April 2008
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- The District pairings will be:
Tumut/Tumbarumba/Gundagai
Cootamundra/Harden/Temora
Griffith/Leeton/Narrandera
Wagga Wagga/Junee
Albury/other "western students
Young
- The trials will be played on a Round Robin basis with all teams playing each other
- Each game will be of 20 minute duration with no half time.
- The team with the most points will be declared the winner. If this is equal then points for and against will be divided to give a percentage point.
- All teams MUST be ready to play at stated times. Any team not on the field 3 minutes after the beginning of their game will forfeit that game. There will be no extra time if games start late.
- All Team Managers will have input into Area Team Selection - to assist with this could Team Managers please have 6 copies of their team lists (one for each Team Manager plus one for Riverina Team Manager).
- District teams may consist of 17 players for this carnival.
- Jumpers/Jerseys should be numbered clearly on the back
- All players should keep the same number for the whole day
- District Managers should ensure that the necessary permission notes have been sighted and are available on the carnival day.
- Kiosk facilities are available at the ground.
The 11 years team will contest the NSW PSSA Under 11 Rugby League Championship at Batemans Bay
The Opens team will compete at the NSW PSSA Open Rugby League Championship at Inverell
Each team this year will be accompanied by a Coach and Manager at the championships.
