Entries Closing Date:
Friday 29 February 2008. If your zone will be late with their entries please contact Mick Forsyth immediately. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN ENTRY TIME WITH THEM, AS ALL HEATS ARE SEEDED AND ENTRIES WITHOUT ENTRY TIMES WILL BE SEEDED IN THE SLOWEST HEAT.
Qualifying Times:
A list of qualifying times have been included as a guide for all entries, these times have been based on the 18th placed competitors from last years carniva. Please try to keep to these qualifying times.
Entrance Prices:
Specators $1.90
Competitors $1.90
These are to be paid at the pool entrance
Competitor's Levy:
$2.00 this should be paid by zone cheque on the day of the carnival

Catering:
A full range of foods and drinks will be available at the pool kiosk.
Please note all events are swum as timed finals i.e. the three fastest times in each event will be given 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. Winning a heat does not ensure a place - there are no finals
Relays will be swum at the conclusion of the freestyle events.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
- Each zone may enter two entries per individual event (see qualifying times). Exceptions to this rule are in medley events where zones may only enter one competitor per event. Where zones may require additional entries please contact Mick Forsyth for approval.
- Two relays may be entered where zones feel they have teams of a suitable standard.
- Entries to the Earl McGee (school population less than 25 students) & Peter Dobson (school population between 25 and 54 students, inclusive) Relays entries per zone not limited.
- Qualification Times: Please do not enter competitors who are unable reach these times.
- All events are timed finals the three fastest times will be placed 1st, 2nd & 3rd. These competitors will qualify for the Riverina team.
- Students may only swim in their age group, as listed below.

7. Automatic timing will be used. Should a discrepancy arise the judges decision will be final
8. Competitors and teams that qualify the for NSW PSSA Carnival, to be held at Homebush, 7 & 8 April 2008 need to collect their information sheets from the Riverina managers
9. Relief is not available for team managers.
0 All team managers and officials need to attend their respective meetings prior to the carnival.
11. All information columns on the entry form need to be filled in as they are essential to the running of the computer program.
