You would be aware that the Department of Education and Training has recently introduced new policies, procedures and curriculum relating to child protection. The Department, as an agency responsible for the care and welfare of students in schools, has a charter to protect the young people in its care from all forms of abuse.

In order to formalise the billet, please sign and return the undertaking below. All adults residing in your home need to be aware of this undertaking.
