THE TEAM
Teams may register up to 5 players with 3 on the court and 2 substitutes.
THE GAME
- Game duration will vary depending on the number of teams in the competition or by mutual agreement
- If extra time is required (maximum 5 minutes) a golden goal will decide the winner. If still tied after extra time then free throws will decide the winner.
- All baskets including 3 pointers are worth 1 point.
- Possession changes after score.
- Ball must be taken back to the three point line to restart play.
- There are no foul outs. Fouls result in possession for the non-offending team at the top of the 3 point line. Fouls in shooting motion do not result in free throws – ball is checked at top of 3 point line.
- There is no 3 seconds.
- Jump balls are replaced by possession for the defensive team.
- The defensive team can extend beyond the 3 point line.
- Unlimited substitutions but only during stoppages.
- There are no time-outs.
- Regular rules for travel, carry & dribbling apply.
