The
Management Panel selected 17 school programs for publication on the School
Sport Unit Website. These programs come from a diverse range of primary
and SSP schools and highlight the options available to schools in meeting
their school communities needs.
For
the purpose of this project the following definitions were utilised

involving joint mobility exercises with an emphasis on enjoyment and vigour.
The activities should lead to an increase heart rate sustained for 20
minutes. Activities that can be used in daily fitness programs include
– running, skipping, aerobics, health hustle, relays and obstacle courses,
etc.
Physical
