GENERAL COMMENTS :
The Carnival was extremely well run, with Carnival Managers, Peter Munday and Luke Wilcocks being everywhere. The behind the scenes work done by the Camden Rugby Club was well orchestrated. The grounds at Camden Rugby Park were in great condition. The Final between MacKillop and CIS was an excellent showcase for the strengths of Rugby at the Primary level. It was hard, clean rugby played at pace throughout the match. It was interesting to note that the standard of Rugby played has again moved to a higher plane. The gap between the better teams and the other teams has significantly closed.
