Entry: Cost: $18.00 per individual. Entry Fees must accompany GOLF NOMINATION FORM.
NB: ENTRIES WILL NOT PROCEED WITHOUT PAYMENT AND SIGNED STUDENT NOMINATION FORM and GENERAL SYDNEY NORTH TRIALS STUDENT PERMISSION NOTE.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
(a) Closing Date for Entries: Friday 8 May 2009 (Week 2 Term 2).
(b) Paticipants are required to supply their own lunch and drinks.
(c) Entry is open to students from Primary schools affiliated with Sydney North PSSA.
(d) All competitors must play in regular competitons and have a AGU Handicap or Jack Newton Foundation Handicap.
(e) Competition will be conducted over 18 holes.
(f) Parents are encouraged to stay and assist with supervision and marshalling of groups if possible.
(g) Entries are limted and positions will be allotted on a first come/first in basis - competitors will be notified of their inclusion in this event.
(h) Please make cheques payable to Sydney North Schools Sports Association.
Permission Note: ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING a Sydney North Trial should bring to the Trial a completed and signed GENERAL SYDNEY NORTH TRIALS STUDENT PERMISSION NOTE and hand to the Sydney North Convener prior to commencement. All students attending Sydney North Trials need the permission of their School Principal, Sports Organiser, Organising Teacher and Parent.
Selection: Students selected in the Sydney North Team will compete in the NSWPSSA State Carnival from Monday 7 September - Tuesday 8 September 2009 at Mudgee.
