Entry Information:
(a) School Teams as per Knockout - please fax a team sheet and two (2) nominated positions to the Convener by Monday 16 March 2009.
(b) If schools are knocked out in Round 1 of the Knockout Trials they may nominate players to individual trials.
(c) The names and relevant information of individual trialists and two (2) nominated positions must be forwarded to the Convener by Monday 16 March 2009.
(d) School Knockout teams must be accompanied by a teacher.
Lunch: Students should provide their own lunch and drinks. Canteen facilities will not be available.
Umpires: An accredited umpire must be supplied by both teams.
Wet Weather: If wet weather occurs then the trial selections will still take place on Monday 30 March 2009 at the Northern Beaches Indoor Sports Complex, Jackson Road, Warriwood. Ring 0400375120 for further information. If the wet weather venue is implemented then normal knockout arrangements and playby dates will apply. round 2 will be required to be played by 10 April 2009 and Round 3 by 8 May 2009.
Permission Note: ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING a Sydney North Trial should bring to the Trial a completed and signed GENERAL SYDNEY NORTH TRIALS STUDENT PERMISSION NOTE and hand to the Sydney North Convener prior to commencement. All students attending Sydney North Trials need the permission of their School Principal, Sports Organiser, Organising Teacher and Parent.
Selection: Students selected in the Sydney North Team will compete in the NSWCHSSA State Carnival from Tuesday 16 June - Thursday 18 June 2009 at Sutherland.
