Details:
- The competition will be conducted under CHS Trampoline Sports rules for all championship events including trampoline, tumbling, double mini trampoline and single mini trampoline.
- Competitors may only compete in the age group they turn in 2009.
Entry:
All competitors must forward a TRAMPOLINE SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIPS ENTRY FORM to the Sydney North Convener by Friday 3 July 2009.
Lunch:
Students should provide their own lunch and drinks.

Permission Note:
ALL STUDENTS ATTENDING a Sydney North Trial should bring to the Trial a completed and signed GENERAL SYDNEY NORTH TRIALS STUDENT PERMISSION NOTE and hand to the Sydney North Convener prior to commencement. All students attending Sydney North Trials need the permission of their School Principal, Sports Organiser, Organising Teacher and Parent.

STUDENT MANAGEMENT
All students should be accompanied and supervised by a manager or parent approved by their school. The Manager will be required to accompany students should medical attention be required. Ms Christina Williams from Cherrybrook Technology High School will be in attendance and first aid will be provided.

Students selected in the Sydney North Team will compete in the NSWCHSSA State Carnival on Monday 7 September – Tuesday 8 September 2009 at Niagara Park.
